In-person counselling sessions are offered on Thursday, and Saturday once a month.Virtual counselling sessions are offered on Fridays.Walk and talk therapy is available upon request.

Sessions are offered on Thursdays from 3-8 (in person), Fridays 10-4 (virtual), and Saturdays once a month.

What is the cost of counselling sessions?

Individual Sessions are $160 (50 minutes)Couples Sessions are $175 (50 minutes)

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment through e-transfer to kristenlb.counselling@gmail.com is preferred.  Payment through credit card is also available.  Receipts will be given for all payments received.

Is direct billing provided for those who are covered by extended benefits?

Please check your own extended benefits coverage to ensure you are covered for counselling provided by a Registered Social Worker.I do not provide direct billing for extended benefits, but a receipt will be provided for you to submit to your extended benefits provider. I do provide direct billing for those accessing the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) Mental Health Benefit.   Please let me know if you are accessing this benefit previous to your first session, so the pre-determination process can be initiated.
